1. Defective or Incorrect Products
- If you find any defect (damage, defect, or wrong product) after opening the box, inform our Customer Relationship Management Department immediately with photo or video proof.

- Complaints must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Used, swatched, or liquid/semi-liquid products are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Products cannot be returned or exchanged if you simply change your mind or dislike the smell, texture, color, or design.
- Returns are not accepted if the seal is broken or if the product does not suit you.
- Mistakenly ordered products may be exchanged upon payment of return and resending costs, subject to management discretion.
- The original invoice, Ultimate Organic Life box, and intact packaging must be returned with the product.
